Rules and conditions WSOP

Section I. General rules:

   1. Rio Properties, Inc. and/or HHLV Management Company, LLC, further "Harrah's", the State of Nevada is a society with limited liability.
   2. Participation in World Series of Poker (further "WSOP" all 45 events from June, 2nd, till July, 15th, 2005 and satellites concerning it) is limited for players are not more younger 21 years with the corresponding identification card.
   3. Each player can participate in one event once, behind an exception ðåre-bay. To participation commands are not accepted, spare players, and also the indemnification does not practise. A unique exception of this rule is the death of the declared participant or the supporter of a family, and as hospitalisation of the declared participant (the supporter is understood as mother, the father, one of spouses, children, sister, the brother, reception children and parents, the grandfather, the grandmother, grandsons). At occurrence of the circumstances set forth above (illness), already paid deposit of the player automatically is transferred on tournament of next year and regarded Harrah's only as the deposit. In case of death of the declared player, the brought deposit will be returned according to corresponding legislation.
   4. WSOP gets under federal and local (staff laws) laws, including the law on gamblings. Activity WSOP is carried out according to all existing legislative bases.
   5. Harrah's reserves the right to itself to limit quantity of participants WSOP.
   6. Cancellation of players is forbidden and is limited by the legislation.
   7. Winners bear responsibility for payment of all taxes, permissions, licences and other payments.
   8. Winners should give a trustworthy information about themselves (the driver's licence, an identification card of staff) at registration and prize reception. If the participant is not the citizen of the USA, it should give the passport, an identification card from consulate or the registration form of the visitor.
   9. Time frameworks of tournament are approximate. Harrah's reserves the right to itself to change terms of carrying out of events at occurrence unforeseen or independent of organizers of tournament of circumstances.
  10. Harrah's reserves the right to itself to disqualify any player and to freeze the sum won by it at attempt of swindle, a deceit, the ill practice, application of force and any other incorrect behaviour, not taking into consideration its relation to tournament.
  11. Harrah's reserves the right to itself to cancel, change, transfer WSOP for any reason without advance notice.
  12. Harrah's does not bear any responsibility for traumas or loss as a result of participation in tournament, for any actions of workers of the tournament, realised or not, within the limits of WSOP, and as for malfunctions of the equipment and the software.
  13. Serving companies Harrah's, its branches, affiliated companies or the companies the partners hired under the contract for service WSOP or affiliated companies. Branches, the companies of partners are not supposed to participation in the given tournament, only in case of approval by the company. Action of the given rule as extends on following relatives of employees: mother, the father, the spouse (), the brother, sister, children, reception children, parents, the mother-in-law, the father-in-law, the father-in-law, the mother-in-law, the grandfather, the grandmother, grandsons or any other person living together with serving company.
  14. Persons, not admissible to gamblings or on a legislative basis, or at own desire, to game are not supposed.
  15. Each participant should take place certification on the basis of the current legislation.
  16. Taking part in the tournament, all players automatically agree that their names, the name of native cities, predilections will be used Harrah's in the advertising purposes a demon of the initial notice, indemnification, the viewing and editing right.
  17. Taking part in WSOP, participants automatically accept all rules.
  18. It is impossible to transfer the right to participation and prize reception to other person.

  26. Harrah's does not bear responsibility for electronic transfer or the delays connected with admissions, removal, defects in operations or transfer, theft or not authorised breaking of information base or for breakage of technics, the equipment, the software, a malfunction of telephone lines and connections, irrespective of a measure of fault Harrah's.
  27. If for any reason tournament cannot take place in the planned terms, whether it be a computer virus, breakage in system, not authorisation an input in system, swindle, theft, technical malfunctions or for other reasons, Harrah's reserves the right to itself to transfer, cancel or subject to changes tournament.
  28. Any attempt to harm to computer programs or the equipment on tournament is regarded, as deliberate injury and will be punished in connection with existing legal acts.
  29. The records made during tournament, will be kept, according to requirements of local legal bodies.
  30. The data declared by participants at registration, can be used organizers of tournament in conformity with acts.

  32. Tournament counters are property Harrah's, their carrying out for tournament territory is strictly forbidden.
  33. Employees of company Harrah's are interested in the best outcome of each game. Our employees always make fair decisions. Section 2 Developed by Tournament Management.

   1. The Chip-flight: when comes to change time colour of counters, to any player the maximum one colour counter departs. The Chip-flight always begins with the first place behind a table. If the player has not enough counters for the chip-flight (it) the counter of smaller advantage will be given out it, but game will proceed.

In games of Herds, counters are meted, according to the highest set of cards.   10. In games with a limit, the counter of the large size will be considered as call if the player does not make Raise. In nin limite games the counter of the large size to Flop is call, after Flop - Bet. In games sweat-limit and non limite if the player does Raise and puts a counter of the large size, Raise it is considered as much as possible resolved for this table.

  19. Large counters of the player should be always visible.
  20. Remarks concerning cards of other player are forbidden.
  21. Hunting for rabbits Is forbidden (i.e. it is forbidden 1. To ask, that to you have shown the following card in draw after you passed. 2. To look through a release, to calculate, what cards left.)
  22. The player who specially avoids Blind, should extinguish and pay it the penalty. Money will be translated in the following sweat, and will be considered as the dead.
  23. All counters should be visible. Counters should not be in pockets of players. In case of default of the given point of rules, counters are withdrawn. The withdrawn counters will not take part in game.
  24. In games with Flop, players will be moved with big Blind on the worst position.
  25. In games with limits, limits will be applied to Raise even in game in private. On tournaments in private given rule does not extend.
  26. In games of Herds if cards of any two players open because of an error of the dealer distribution is made.
  27. The dealer has the right to cancel a staying idle hand.
  28. The dealer has no right to cancel an advantageous hand.
  29. Statements and actions of players out of the turn are forbidden.
  30. Harrah's reserves the right to itself to cancel or transfer any event in interests of a casino or its players.
  31. The players who have entered into game, recognise the rights and duties of that place with which they occupy. They can receive big Blind, small Blind or buttion. A unique place which they cannot receive - a place between small Blind and Buttion. The players who have entered for another's table, take of the worst position, including äýä áàòòîí.
  32. The penalties existing on tournament: 10,20,30, or 40 minutes of discharge from game. The disqualified player loses all counters.
  33. Players are obliged to protect other players of tournament.
  34. Discussion of open cards or probabilities of hands is forbidden.
  35. On the player who has opened the cards during game, the penalty will be imposed, but his hand will not be killed.
  36. In games without the Limit and with a sweat-limit, at Raise the player or should move the necessary quantity of counters, or orally to name their quantity. If the player speaks word Raise, it protects the right on Raise, but does not specify sum Raise.
  37. On the player telling about the cards or advising other player how to go, the penalty will be imposed.
  38. In non limit games, Raise it is less, than Full Raise, does not grant the right to the player on the repeated rate.
